CHALLENGE

Despite being the global leader in information management, Recall was a low-flying brand with little awareness, up against a well-known competitor in North America. Recall needed to find a way to break through the cluttered information management market — and do so on a limited budget.

INSIGHT

Information management buyers — from C-level executives and IT to Records Managers and those in charge of information governance & security — all had very different functional bias and points of view regarding what information management meant.

SOLUTION

Using humor and a set of fictitious, but very real, characters embody the real challenges and needs of customers , we told their stories in video, ads, bus wraps to mobile, microsites, grassroots activities and in trade show appearances.

EXCEEDINGLY EFFECTIVE

Recall was the buzz at AARMA, made 250,000 media impressions, reached 40,000 potential customers and drove 2000+ microsite visits. What’s more, over 40 AARMA attendees told their own stories in video interviews.
